Where you stand determines what you see and what you do not see; it determines also the angle you see it from; a change in where you stand changes everything.

Unless you are familiar with my method of work, then i would like to inform you a bit more on the subject. I am a professionally trained within the method of Systemic Family Therapy.
This modality of psychotherapy introduces a new perspective in how we understand, deal and cope with our life challenges and problematic circumstances.
Systemic Family Therapy focuses not only on your individual life situation, but also on the system of relationships and resources that you potentially have. Perhaps some of the challenges and problems that you are experiencing, arise or are intensified, from the current system of relationships in your life. Yet these very same systems could be used as a helping factor and support in better dealing with the challenges and problems. In our work together, we may explore this area.
Another key trait of Systemic Family Therapy is the focus on the here and now. Even though we create the space to talk about significant past experiences and goals concerning the future, my aim is to explore together with you what resources and possibilities are already available for you in the present.
That said, I do include my own experience and perspectives within this method of work, so I can better tailor my services to you and your unique personality and life circumstances.
